For restoration contractors
One request, one company, one market. If you run a licensed restoration business and want work routed to you rather than raced for, this page explains how it works.
What we send you
A property owner describes the situation and the ZIP code of the affected property. That request goes to one company covering that market, not blasted to six firms to race each other to the phone.
Each request carries the contact name and number, the ZIP code, the type of loss, whatever notes the owner added, and a record that they ticked the consent box. Emergencies are flagged separately from inspections and quote requests.
What we ask of you
- Current state licensing for the work you accept, and general liability insurance
- That you actually service the markets you sign up for, rather than subcontracting them out
- That you call the owner back yourself, from your own number
- A written scope before work starts
- That you tell an owner plainly when a job does not need the full scope
The last one matters more than it sounds. This site is built on explaining what property owners should ask for. A provider that oversells against that advice does not stay in the network.
How the commercial side works
Providers pay for referrals. Property owners pay nothing, and that is stated openly on every page of this site, including the disclaimer.
Pricing depends on the service and the market. Send an enquiry and we will set out the terms for the areas you cover.
Where we are looking for providers
Coverage is strongest across metro markets in Arizona, Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, Utah, Washington, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Massachusetts. Water damage, mold remediation and biohazard cleanup are treated as separate coverage lines, so you can take one without the others.
Biohazard providers in particular are limited. If you handle unattended death, trauma scenes or hoarding work discreetly and hold the right disposal arrangements, we would like to hear from you.
What this is not
- Not a shared lead sold to several companies at once
- Not a directory listing you pay for and hope someone clicks
- Not a franchise, and it does not put our brand on your trucks
